The Yoga house
Introduction
The Yoga House provides yoga classes to individuals and groups in either a private or semi private setting. The Yoga house also provides personal training services, which when combined with regular yoga practice, enhances the peaceful tranquility that harmonizes the body and mind.
Situation
A strong body and mind is needed to withstand the daily tolls on our bodies and the practice of yoga is one of the ways to achieve this balance. As one of the most popular Yoga clubs in Toronto, the Yoga House has been experiencing a significant increase in membership. To keep its costs low, The Yoga House was looking into automating its customer service process.
The Challenge
The Yoga House would need a new Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), to enable it deliver high-value service to every customer each time. However, its current information system including its website, would not support a CRM. Therefore, a new fully interactive and dynamic website along with a robust CRM system would need to be built. The Yoga house also has very aggressive timelines.
The Opportunity
The Biztek Group was contracted by The Yoga House to build and deploy these two information systems.
The Strategy
The Biztek Group implemented its simple approach to ensuring the achievement of desired results. We had two teams working on the two systems simultaneously in order to meet the timelines. We presented design options to the client. We implemented the most effective design based on consultation with the client. We extensively tested the finished product before inviting the client to test the products.
Result
We were able to deliver to The Yoga House a fully functional and scalable website, and a very robust CRM system which exceeded the expectations of The Yoga House.
