IT Housecalls

Introduction

IT Housecalls provides a broad range of IT consulting services, particularly in the area of computer networking to medium & small sized companies in North America.

Situation

IT Housecalls wanted to improve its web presence by redesigning its web site. They already had a web site, but felt it was ineffective. However, there were some features and functionalities that they wanted to retain from the old web site. We were contracted by It House calls to carryout this project.

The challenge

The challenge here was to integrate some features and functionalities from the old web site with the new web site; and make the integration as seamless as possible.

The Strategy

We first had to identify the features and functionalities that we wanted to retain from the old web site. We next met with representatives from IT Housecalls to go over the nre design choices; we then integrated the old web site with the new design choices.

Result

The result was a highly effective, and well designed web site that exceeded the initial needs to IT Housecalls.
